Our office area in total is 5100 square feet, which by far is the biggest International Call Center in the whole of South Gujarat.

We believe in quality, hence we are using the best available technology in the BPO – Call Center Industry, i.e. HP Proliant Server, Avaya IP Phones, Plantronics Headsets,  Core 2Duo P4 3.00 Computers, Cisco Routers & Switches, 25KVA Online UPS & DG Set as a back-up for failure in power supply, 2MBPS dedicated 1:1 lease line with WI-FI backup . Our office in itself is a fully functional Wi-Fi zone. The server room is specially been build with wooden flooring, so as to avoid any type of circuit problems.

Training & Development :
Main beauty of our center lies in huge 25seater fully automated training cum conference room.

Safety Measures :
Unlike other call centers in South Gujarat, we have Access Cards Entry only, in order to prevent anyone from entering the premises which ensures safety of our employees & center itself. Fire/Smoke Alarm, and 16 CC TV. Dedicated lockers have been provided to each of our callers.

Refreshment :
Separate cafeteria space has been allotted for the refreshment of our employees.
