RECRUITMENT

AGENT QUALIFICATION AND HIRING PROCESS
The Agent hiring process is very stringent. First and for most Good Communication skills in English is a must, and not just that, we also rate them on different aspects such as on their Attitude, their Ambitions, their Thought Process and their Back Ground as well. We also include Group Discussion Technique as a part of our recruitment process.

In all there are 3 rounds of interviews as part of our selection process. And only after these three drooling rounds, we finally select a candidate at a Trainee’s post.

All of the CSE’s are that are recruited are asked to join in for a 20 days V & A Training, where in we also give them a complete picture of what call centers in actual are and also get them to know the American and British Culture. In all we have are coming up with a youthful and vibrant work culture.

AVERAGE EXPERIENCE OF THE AGENTS -
The CSE’s with 1+ year of experience are been recruited here, with different levels of experience in different campaigns.

AGENT INCENTIVE PRACTICES -
