We are a 45 seat call center, which is fully air-conditioned with a dedicated server room, a cafeteria for refreshment, a locker room, a conference hall, different cabins, a dedicated space for our web-development team, a dedicated place for our HR and Admin team. So in all we have the best infrastructure and an even better work environment.
Key Promoter :
The promoter and the main backbone here at iConnext is Mr. Paresh Patel- a Certified Textile Engineer who has over 20 years of rich experience in the Textile Engineering, serving both international and domestic markets.
His vision, wisdom and entrepreneur nature has motivated him to enter and make a mark even into the ever growing BPO Industry, and his future planning is also to explore one of the other industries i.e. Auto Mobile Spare-parts.
Key Personnel’s :
This was about the backbone, and so we come onto the work force of iConnext Corporation. Here one can find a whole team of professionals from diversified IT domains.
To start off with we have Mr. Ashish Patel - Aditya, who comes from the Software Development and Programming field, with a hardcore knowledge of networking and technical know-how is the CEO – Operations.
On the other hand we have Mr. Vikram Sangotra, who has a rich experience into the IT industry. Mainly to do with Web Developing and Outsourcing and is more then aware of international standards and CRM, is the CEO – Business Development.
When it comes to the HR, we have Mr. Chetan Thakkar, who holds a Masters Degree in Labor Welfare. With a specialization in Labor Laws. And has more then 4 years of experience in the field of personnel and general administration. And 7+ years of experience into the filed of Direct Selling Industry and has gradually motivated and build up a network of more then 10,000 individuals.
Now we come on to the Operations here. To get things done in the Operations Department, we here have Mr. Ruchit Bhojak, with more then 5 and a half years of experience into the BPO Industry. A person who has gone to all the levels, from beginning as a caller, then a Sr. Caller, to a Trainer and a QC as well. And now he’s the Operations Manager here to motivate the new up coming callers and to get the work done and share his rich experience with the new generation of callers. |
